I think if you ask any man whose been married, the answer is in that marriage certificate someplace in very small print. I didn't see it.
If you say, "Here, throw out my old clothes", that gives someone the right to throw them out. You could also give someone the right by hiring an attorney which I would recommend.
OH, OH OH OH, I HATE THAT! i LOVE ALL MY CLOTHES! like when its one were i feel it is pubically humiliating, ill just use it as pajamas. But they should deffinitley(i think thats how you spell it) ASK YOU BEFORE THEY THROW IT AWAY!
The person who did that has committed the tort of conversion and you can sue him/her in small claims court.

An ex-girlfriend of mine did that to me and I should have dumped her there and then. That was the begining of the end for us. I'm not kidding!
