  • Um...he's left-handed. Which makes him better than everybody else.
  • Whats going on with him is that he is mobilizing the nation in a way never before seen in American history. He has raised more money through internet funding by the most contributors than ever before seen in American history. For the "first" time, he is a presidential candidate that was funded by the people of the nation, and not a coalition of special interest groups. What's "going on with him" is essentially this: Aside from being African American (bi-racial technically, his mother was caucasian), and whether you support him or not, one thing is certain, if elected he will be a leader of the people, for the people and by the people.
  • Let's begin with his being significantly different from Bush and McCain. His approach and ideas about how the country can be best helped are more rational than McCain's. He has demonstrated a charisma which has attracted young and old, black and white, educated and uneducated. I believe he will represent America's best interest in both domestic and foreign policy with greater ability and skill than McCain. Also, I am afraid of McCain and how much deeper into the ground he will drive this country.
  • Just for the record, if Senator McCain wins, he'd be the first President from Arizona. He'd also be the first former POW and the first with a middle name of Sydney. Senator Obama hardly holds a monopoly of 'firsts' in Presidential candidates. President Bush was the first with twin daughters. President Carter was the first peanut farmer. President Reagan was the first divorced. Each one would have a 'first' if you look hard enough, and it's never good to vote just to be 'a part of history.'
  • He's (so far) not a dumb-ass. That gives him an edge VS most of the other candidates.
