As far as I know human party toilets are usually reserved only for the use of women and girls.
Males overtake the lower part.
I some gay bars you can find sometimes also toilets for males but as far as I know males do not use human toilets that often as women.
Probably women have the smaller reservations to that.

Yes , I got often used as a human toilet by ladies on their parties.
