4 - 6 bowel movements a day? Ive never known anyone that went that often unless its diarrhea.
i am not sure but i think it is
Not usually. It depends if they are runny or not. If they are runny, it isn't normal and the person should see a doctor and make sure something isn't wrong with their digestion because they might have a food intolerance or a bowel complaint.
If the poop is harder and they are only doing a tiny bit each time they might be constipated and need more fruit and veges and wholegrains in the diet.
Otherwise, they might just eat a lot and that's why they have to poop every few hours.
Definitely they must see the doctor if they are getting cramps, passing mucus or blood or if the poop is runny and/or smells really bad (worse than the usual poop that is).
