  • Is there an HR department you can talk to? It sounds like you are being singled out and unfairly accused. You need to talk to an unbiased source about how you are being treated. Not only should you not quit, if you can take it, but it sounds like you might have grounds for a lawsuit for creating a "hostile work environment." But I would suggest that you go to HR before resorting to this. Best of luck!
  • i say yes, but before you do start looking for a job now, that way if and when you do, you wont be out of work very long. Its not worth it, if you are unhappy everyday. but look into stuff. dont job straight to conclusions. look over the pro's and cons
  • What you should do is file a grievance with your HR department or your boss' supervisor. If you're being treated unfairly, you have every right to a resolution. If the company becomes aware of the behavior and does nothing to alleviate it, you may have legal recourse as well. Good luck.
