First, finish school. Then, go to undergraduate school and get an appropriate education in some aspect of the field that interests you. Short of that, go to a vocational school to study a technical skill in the computer field (but be aware the chances are your pay will be lower when compared to jobs a university degree holder will get). Your school guidance counselor should be able to advise.

Study electrical engineering in college. In the meantime, try to get a job doing absolutely anything for an IT provider or in anyone's the IT department.
