umm...no make-up or jewelry for some churches...also, don't they have to wear those super-long skirts that go down to the ankles, too? I would like to visit a pent. church sometime, but i don;t know where any are out here in the desert...T_T

He he he... That certainly depends on WHICH Pentecostal church you're talking about. I've heard that it's a sin to wear your hair up. It's a sin to wear your hair down. It's a sin to wear pantyhose, it's a sin to NOT wear pantyhose. It's a sin to wear open-toed shoes. It's a sin to wear high-heeled shoes. It's a sin to go to the movies. It's a sin to watch TV. It's a sin to go to baseball games. It's a sin to go to dining establishments that serve alcohol. It's a sin to go to bowling alleys. It's a sin to wear shirts that expose anything above your elbow or below your collarbone. It's a sin to wear skirts that expose the knee. It's a sin to wear skirts that expose the ankle. It's a sin to braid fabric into your hair. It's a sin to BRAID your hair. It's a sin to have permenants. It's a sin to date outside the church. It's a sin to date unless your father approves. It's a sin to date unless your PASTOR approves. It's a sin to date. It's a sin to get divorced. It's a sin to go outdoors after 10:00 (I'm not kidding). It's a sin to wear a bathing suit. It's a sin to swim with men and women in the same pool. I could go on. ^_^ I've been Pentecostal for a LOOOONG time, and I know a LOT of different pastors and their congregations. There are some loopy rules out there.
