Milk and orange juice are really good at helping boost your seratonin levels and replenish depleted neurotransmitters. Drink heaps of water and try and eat something substantial. Do, watch or listen to anything that makes you happy! If you aren't sore, try going for a jog or having sex, this will boost your endorphins. And most importantly try and get some sleep. May seem impossible at first, but you will get there.
  • make sure before, during, and after the trip you have lots of vitamine c, and fruits rich in antioxidants as it minimizes the neurotoxicity of mdma, resulting in an easier come down. smoking a bit of ganja will pick you up and you can ride that son of a bitch down in gentle waves instead of a major crash. it has been debated that since mdma use results in the depletion of serotonin, a compound such as 5-htp which your body uses and creates serotonin with, can be beneficial, however to what extent is up for debate. it would be good to research some of these things before ingesting mdma again. also have something to do, like playing a game of cards with a friend with chill out music in the background, helps me sometimes for example.
