  • We don't do it because it would be a waste of resources. One of the things that the alarmists don't tell you about ozone depletion is that it occurs during the winter when there is no sunlight in the polar regions. You see, ozone is both destroyed and *created* by sunlight. When the Sun returns to the polar regions, the ozone level return to normal. http://tinyurl.com/qhwhj
  • The problem is not that ozone is not being created, it is that it is being destroyed to fast. The chlorofluorocarbons destroy ozone as fast as it was created. So trucking ozone into the atmosphere without removing the chloroflourocarbons would be like pumping water out of a flood without repairing the breach in the levee which caused the flood.
