  • have some Tea, plug in the TV, have someone rub your feet, paint the place so it feels like your home or just get a nice rug to sink your feet into so you feel like. Ahhh- I'm home!
  • Moving is right up there with divorce, death of a close family member and such on the scale of stressors. It is one scenerio that I do not deal with well either..Only time can get you through this one...but it won't last too long..only until you are familiar where everything is again and you have a sort of routine worked out. Good luck:)
  • It's very normal. You are excited about the change, anxious about the change, and depressed about leaving your safe haven behiind. You are walking into a new phase of life. Once you get settled, the anxiety and depression will taper off. Then, once you get settled in, the axiety of wanting to make changes to the place will increase, but it will be a positive anxiety.
