According to http://tinyurl.com/kd5ct , turkeys do lay eggs. They use shallow depressions in the ground that they line with twigs and leaves for nests.

I ave a turkey named Tron and she only lays 4 eggs per annum, they tend to be one per season but on the odd occasion she will shoot out 6-7 a year.

Yes they do but they are very secretive when they do so. IN the wild they will separate from the flock and go find s small depression in the ground that is well protected from weather and view and lay her eggs there. In domestic situations, they will lay in a nest provided, better if it's secluded.
