I heard that she is making another harry potter book other than the encyclopedia version. i heard it will be everything that happened befor book 1..is this true?

According to Mugglenet.com and Reuters, she wrote an 800 word outline of a prequel for charity (English PEN and Dyslexia Action). Waterstones is apparently auctioning off a limited amount of the 800 word prequel along with works from 13 other authors.

She ran out of money, due to a gambling problem at local casinos. While attending a temporary gambling anonymous stint...she's slowly penning a few words in between Texas Hole em card games. Sometimes you can see her,holding a sign at corner that says,"Needs cash for gambling issues. Will rewrite Harry Potter series for you." :)
