    i'd have to say the chicago cubs. They havent won a World Series since 1908 and aren't a great franchise, yet there fans show up to support them.

    I think it's impossible to say "the most loyal fans" because all teams have a core of loyal fans. How do you determine who is "most loyal"? Even teams that have never won a World Series have loyal fans. Red Sox and Cubs fans tend to brag about how loyal they are. More power to them.
