EDIT- Try a large, CLEAN bucket or tub that has'nt been used for bleach or cleaning supplies, filled with either filtered water or tap water left out to sit over night.

I emailed the American Tortoise Rescue Co., & they are going take him. He needs serious medical attention.

thank you, he has shell rot over 90% of his shell & I have to soak him in medicine for 3 hrs per day for 7 days. Gotta keep him dry for the rest of the time. Cept when he eats. Thanks tho.

This turtle has been ran over by a lawn mower & fallen down a flight of stairs & kept in horrible living conditions. I named him Reapper since he's cheated death so many times.
