No one can defy science. If someone can do all those things, it is just evidence that we don't understand science well enough. All it means is that we have not properly identified what consciousness is.

No, it means that the person has somehow got lucky and acquired talents unknown to science. Unless they did it by their own, unaided, brainpower, they are just a lucky bastard, not better than Einstein. If they have managed to discover a meta-science that makes all this possible, they are intellectually better than Einstein, but morally worse, because he published all his discoveries.

Defying science? How? I too can move objects, read other people's minds, and levitate objects by pushing them with my hands, pick and choose certain individuals, and pick things up too. And I can do it without defying science. Reword your question.
