I'd say anywhere from $40-$90, depending on where you go, what jewelry you use, and what size it is. Call your shops and ask. If you got it done with a dermal punch instead of a needle, it might cost more. I've heard it's not so much that it's more painful than other cartilage, but that there's so much pressure and you can hear it crunch that makes it more unpleasent than other cartilage piercings.

i went to get my conch pierceda few weeks ago and it cost £20 i dont no how much that is in dollars.

I asked my piercer if a tragus or conch is more painful when pierced, he said it was the conch. If that helps any haha.
