If you get grades for your GCSE's in England, would you be able to move to somewhere such as America and get jobs or be able to study at A levels etc with those GCSE's, or not?

    Yeah, you could. They don't really study 'A Levels' in America, they have a different exam system. They tend to do 'SATs' and other exams.
    If you wanted to study their A Level equivalents, you'd need to find a school or college over there that would be prepared to take you on.

    To get a job in America, you'd need to apply for a Visa that permitted you to work there through the American Embassy in the UK. You have to do that before you go.

    It's worth keeping in mind that the American government may be reluctant to fund your education over there because you're not one of their citizens. You'd probably have to finance your own education and upkeep yourself, which would be quite expensive.
