  • I'd wait until they are about 10 days old to start cleaning a little. But if she seems agitated, then I'd stop. It's really important that the kits don't get chilled. They are very temperature sensitive. When you clean, be sure you don't take out to much of her fur so that they can still stay warm. Go for a good cleaning at about 3-4 weeks, when the kits will start to leave the nest and wander.
