3 working trucks means what exactly? Three trucks used for work as in there is a construction project going on, or that somebody owns 3 running trucks and are using your curb as their parking place? If the first, it is legal in most areas to park at the curb of the street in the day time for purposes of say doing construction. Unless the street is otherwise posted as a no parking zone all the time or a no parking zone through specified period of time daily or weekly. If the latter then the parking is up to the signage and the local laws. Some areas prohibit street parking of vehicles at night - other do permit it. If you are in doubt then call your local police station's NON-emergency phone number and ask what the local law is. If this is a neighbor issue and you have attempted speaking with your neighbor, perhaps it is time to pursue legal action via an attorney - civil law - unless there is a criminal case in all of this.
