are they bugs or worms...? if they're bugs, is this fresh poop you're looking at? aside from parasites, such as worms, there shouldn't be anything living to make it through your dogs digestive system. His stomach acids would kill it. If there are live things in his poop, your dog has something inside of him and you need to get him something to rid him of it... a trip to the vet would be recommended.

Get your dog to the vet and have him wormed.

Are you looking at the ones on the ground, bugs soon become attracted to these, or are there actual bugs as your dog passes them? Either way if he has never been wormed it's time. These worms can be passed onto humans, especially children.
