  • Whatever he would believe is the fair amount I have earned in the previous year.
  • I believe initially I was overpaid (started January this year after a brutal salary negotiation), am probably even now...and will be underpaid by the time reviews come around. I'm thankful my boss had faith in me and accepted what he did during our negotiations. I'm thankful he is dishing out bonuses which I've gotten a piece of already...and I'm really not in a marketable position to jump ship for at least another year if I felt I was mistreated or underpaid. My boss could get away with giving me a $0.01 raise and I'd accept it...but that won't be the case years down the road and he is aware. I'm speaking w. my actions at work...same will go for raises. As long as I'm paid fairly, appreciated, and recognized I'll stay. The amount of the raise will vary based upon my external marketability vs the impact of my accomplishments.
  • Pertinent question. I am crossing my fingers and waiting to see how the end of the month evaluation goes. :)
