I would thank Mrs. Brennan for teaching me to work hard but have fun while I succeed as a teacher. She taught me how to redirect children and how to ask questions to get a child to react and get excited about anything you teach them.

It would probably be Miss Bryant, my 3rd grade teacher. I was very shy and introverted..she went out of her way to make me feel comfortable..she became a family friend. She was a wonderful person and she attended my 16th birthday party and my high school graduation! :)

It would be Mr. Marino, my 10th grade Social Studies teacher. Everyone in the school hated him. He was a hard ass, that's for sure. But he really cared about his students. I wasn't doing good in his class and knew I lacked the skills to study by myself so he had me stay after school a day or two a week and helped me study. I passed that class with flying colors. No other teacher in my school career did that much for me.

It would be Carmen, my sewing teacher. (Yes, an all girls catholic school...). She taught me some of the few things I still use today. Adela, social studies. She opend my mind to so many things.
