Help answer this question below.

How do I replace the Power antenna on a 1991 Fleetwood Brougham Cadillac. Its located in the righta fender? Do I have to remove the fender?

    It should be serviceable by removing the trunk lining on that side. Removing the fender is a major operation, so a lot of items are designed tobe serviceable with less drastic methods.

    Carefully (don't break any clips, etc) peel back the trunk lining on that side of the car and see if a module is visible. Then determine if you can replace it. If not, take it into a shop and let them take the liability of breaking something.

    If you do it yourself, make sure you locate the part before you remove the old one so there isn't a hole in the fender (that would let water, etc into the fender and could lead to rust).
