  • omg where does he work??? dont they have human resources?
  • Call the police and describe the situation... Use a hidden camera to record the abuse.. Tell/show the boss as a group you won't work with him.. Harassment at work is against the law and if the boss knows about it he is reqiured by law to do something about it.
  • Video can have amazing results these days...........so can lawsuits.
  • In order to make his case, he MUST have proof! How? Here are a couple suggestions: 1] There is absolutely nothing in the world preventing him from keeping a handwritten journal - AT HOME. All he has to do is make note of the day, date, times and the person(s) who harassed him and assaulted him. When he believes he has enough proof, it might be to his benefit if he took the journal and made an affidavit of those notes, make about five (5) copies and get them notarized. 2] After the affidavits are notarized, keep one or two in the home. Mail the original journal and one copy of the affidavit back to yourself. DO NOT op[en it! 3] There are inconspicuous, surveillance cameras with accompanying recording systems which are small enough to be carried around and used in just about any environment. They may even be rented on a weekly or monthly basis. Its worth looking into, isn't it? If they are too expensive for your budget, ask about very small voice recording devices. 4] When the abuse continues with a few more incidents - which have also been documented (and MAYBE recorded) - or until your husband has "had it up to here" with the abuse, make duplicates of the DVD's/diskettes/tapes or recordings. 5] THEN it should be time to consult with AT LEAST ONE VERY good labor and litigation attorney. Bring a copy of the affidavit AND a copy of the recording or diskette. Get his/her opinion of your situation and possible lawsuit. Thanks for asking your Q! I enjoyed answering it! • Fuck THAT.... Beat that dudes ASS! Stand up for himself for one!
  • Break the hackers fingers.
  • Besides what R_Bereu said, you MUST make a complaint through HR. Your husband, and others can try to sue the assaulters individually, but you won't get much money. File police reports and insist (that means don't give up ever) until criminal charges are filed against them. Take their asses to court. Also, I just read your comment to Kierafaye, it is imperative that he tells the temp agency why he left. If he doesn't and they place someone else there who then gets abused he can be held liable for withholding that information. Don't let this go.
