When determining your own self-evaluation as to how well you are doing job, do you base it on approval rating?

No, not entirely. I base some of it on how others do the same job that I am doing.

Not at all, I am a Narcissistic Chef, I treat my customers as well feed pigs so I couldn't care less about their opinion. My staff I treat them as soldiers so they aren't there to question my autority. My boss I treat him as very lucky man for having me!
