  • I asked this, and the general answer was it depends on you but roughly 8-10 pounds.
  • For the most part (although it varies some from person to person because we all put weight on in different areas first), they say 10-15 pounds will add an extra dress size.
  • You watch to many commericals. Just mute them like everyone else does. But this is a good question. Just how much weight do I need to lose to make my pants fit.
  • Someone who weighs 300 or so pounds might have to lose 30 pounds before a size smaller is reached. It depends on your starting weight.
  • You could go down several dress sizes by buying more expensive brands of clothing. This is due to the practice of "vanity sizing". Your measurements will not change, only the size number. This is the fashion industry's dirty little secret, which the British Standards Institute wants to end.
  • eh, that's very broad question. i'd say about 8-10 like Cindi said. but exercise for your abs is and everywhere is very important. because you could be losing weight but evenly everywhere
