Depends on how far you go. Do you know what's in the course? I was ok with statistics up to a point. There's only been one statistics math question asked on answerbag I didn't know how to answer. Here are some subjects I was ok with: normal distribution/poisson distribution/binomial distribution. samples. mean. variance. standard deviation. mode. median. percentiles. Expected values. Linear regression. Estimating sample mean and variance. Null hypothesis. Confidence limits. Some I had trouble with: Exponential distribution. And some I had more trouble with: Markov chains, markov processes. Generating functions. multidimensional regression, t-distribution, chi-squared distribution. Baysian statistics.
