I bleached my hair about a month ago, it turned orange so i freaked out and had my hair dresser dye it brown 2x. Now its washing out still but damaged,how long shoudl i wait 4 highlights?

Wait until you feel that your hair is getting healthy again. Condition it and use a 2 times a week treatment to replenish the dry hair. Although I do warn you that if you try to get blondish coloured highlights they will appear orange... because of the colour build up. Your probably bet off just leaving the highlights of a while or you may have to opt for a wig...
