In my present job: He's not called a CEO, but he's the highest official in our office. Yes, I've met him. In my future job: He's actually called the chief OPERATING officer. Yes, I've met him too because he was the one who interviewed me.

Yes, this is my first job where the CEO is easily accessible. He makes it his duty to personally greet everyone who joins the company.

Yes. I've met many high-ranking officials. The company I worked for stresses good relations between all ranks. I'm not with them anymore, but for reasons that are beyond my control :(
