Do you think pseudosciences such as phrenology or astrology should have the -ology stem changed to something else since they are not real sciences?

I thought -ology denoted an area of study and that the subject doesn't have to be a hard science necessarily.

testimonies have been dismissed false due to lack of evidence to support phenomenon's. it is easier to hit whipping boy's like alcohol or sleep deprivation, temporary insanity, you name it!

good question, but I agree with kazzzy. and they are not even pseudosciences, they are religion at best, but more likely superstition.
