What is the punishment for someone who has 3 counts of child molestation and it's her first offense? PLEASE PLEASE HELP cause I'm asking for a friend of mine

A bullet to the head seems to be a fitting punishment.

She is going away for many many years and will be a registered sex offender for life. Can't be around kids under 18, can't live within so many feet of a park or school. She is f'd. So are the kids lives that she molested though so, I don't care. I know she is your friend, but that is one thing I couldn't stand by my friend on.

All anyone on here can do is guess. Since it's her first time being charged, and, since she is a she, I'm guessing she'll end up doing somewhere in the neighborhood of four years.

its getting worse every day, prison is not fair. but the worst will be patiently waiting through a painfull process of your name being called, somewhat the way an angry mother does, listing every middle name in your family's entire history! between your first and last without your ability to interrupt! matrix style hint stay calm and breath trough your nose!

I don't know what the law is where you are but if there are 3 counts wouldn't that mean 3 charges? 3 offences?

She hopefully will be put away for a long long time...but how can you have 3 counts of child molestation and this is her first offence?

Since you said SHE, judging by what I've seen and read, probation. That or a very lenient sentence. Women don't seem to get the same stiff sentences for the same crimes as men do.
It would help if you said exactly what the charges were though.

Child Molestation I don't know in what state you are referring to but in Texas is a First degree felony and carries 15 to life PER COUNT... She could receive 3 life sentences.

In this life or the next? Better she go to prison for life and do the worst possible time than for her to die without paying for her crime. If she is not truly sorry, and that includes being willing to accept the consequences, then she will go to Hell for eternity :(
