  • They also very rarely forget how to walk, or to moove. This is because it is something they have been doing every day for the majority of their life, and it is VERY deeply embedded in the brain. Having said that, i think some people do forget how to talk.

Amnesia targets the conscious part of the brain, which results in memory loss. However, language, motor skills and the like are stored in the unconscious, where the amnesia does not target. In other words, language is so imprinted that amnesia is not powerful enough to make a person forget it.
