You need to tell us your age, height, and weight to get a better answer. In general, less than 2,000 calories per day may not be good considering the amount of exercise you're doing. What is your physical goal? I see you do a *lot* of cardio work, but no muscle building. As for overdoing it, are you experiencing injuries that have become persistent and that you can tie to specific exercise activities? If not, you may be ok and just one of those folks who live to sweat.
