  • No, I think this country should be an English speaking country and everybody should learn the language period. My grandparents all came here about 100 years ago and learned to speak English. They even worked on getting rid of their heavy accents and did so. I will also add that if I were to move to another country I would work hard to learn their language and customs. I would try very hard to assimilate their ways within the frame work of my best abilities. Unless they went against my personal morals and beliefs, if that were the case though I would not move there.
  • No. Americans need to learn to speak more than one language. Not just spanish. Other nations are way ahead of us on this one.
  • No. They have a spanish speaking country already. I dont know about Floridians, but I know a few Texans who would never allow that to happen...
  • The Spanish speaking population is spread all over the United States, thus one Spanish speaking state for themselves would not help anyone. It is much better and useful for everyone living in the US to speak English, it is the least one can do when living in the US. They can always speak Spanish at home and with their family members. If everyone who immigrates from their country of origin learned to speak other languages they would be no less than bilingual which is a plus in a profile. Regards.
