Because they are losers and you are way better than them, enjoy the night or day or whatever it is there lol, you deserve the rest. Call the cops on them for added measure ;)

Do you know them? If so, maybe they forgot. I forget to invite people all the time. Or the other side is maybe they don't like you or want to introduce you to whoever they have over which really sucks, but who cares. Throw a party also or go over there and ask a dumb question like "Sooooo, you're having a party...." and if there is a "Yes" followed by a long pause, just say "AWKWAAAAARD!" and walk away.

Please do not feel offended just because you were not invited to a party organized by your neighbors. I am very sure they have their own very good reasons for not doing so. Allow me to give an example to illustrate my point. If I am throwing a get together for all my old classmates, I would not be inviting my neighbors who are now my very good friends. I am sure they would feel out of place. Reunion get together is unique and exclusive for the invitees alone. We would surely walk our memory lanes and we would surely enjoy every moment of it but my neighbors will feel left out. Only we and we alone could possibly be intrigued by the magic of our past.
