The nectarine is a kind of peach that has a fuzzless, shiny skin. Though grocers treat fuzzy peaches and nectarines as different fruits, they belong to the same species. Nectarines have arisen many times from fuzzy peaches, often as bud sports. Nectarines can be white, yellow, clingstone, or freestone. What are white nectarines & peaches and where do they come from? Also, why can't you get yellow corn on the cob anymore from the grocery stores?

its just a different variety of nectarine and it has white flesh theyre really sweet and yummy. i dont know where they originated but im pretty sure they're grown in alot of countries these days.
