City of Dreams and Nightmares!
Depends where you hang out and what you bring to the place. It is a smorgasbord of items..a feast, a banquet..if your taste goes toward the dark, the underbelly and melodrama, that's what you will find. If, on the other hand, you prefer the light, the healthy, the normal that's what you will find! :) Happy Saturday! :)
City of dreams
When you come to LA and you go there for the dreams, it can become nightmares depending on how much you know about getting knocked down but always moving forward. It really all depends on how well you survive socially out here also.
LA can be useful but it's not a great place for dreams anymore. Neither is it nightmarish, unless you want out and can't find the door.
Nightmares in some areas and almost always when you're driving.
The weather's nice about 8 months a year but the inland summers are nightmarish.
The city itself is no dream but some realizable dreams are specific to this area.
L.A. to big, and riddled with crime with terrorist enclaves.
the city is not both, it is what its people choose it to be, at times it can be the city of dreams, but when people walk the streets in fear of getting shot or mugged, it can become a city of nightmares very quickly. if you live in LA, you are part of what makes it a dream or a nightmare.
