Did the Beatles ever top the chart with 'Let It Be' back in 1970? I believe it was their LAST number one, and the first in the 22-year history of the British charts to come straight in at the top but top the chart THAT WEEK ONLY.

    Are you talking about the song of the album?
    According to Wikipedia, the song "Let it be" hit #2 spot in the UK. It stayed at #1 in the US for two weeks.
