How would one install aftermarket 3-point seat belts on vehicles that didn't come with seat belts in their original manufacture? (i.e. vehicles from the 1960s or older?)

    Even though they did not come with seatbelts, the punch-out holes are there to install them. Look at the underneath side of the vehicle and look for round indentations.
    Opps, guess I answered too quickly to realize you said 3 point... hmmm, have you asked a body shop? They seem to have the most diverse talents.
