Being in the catagory "Word Origins", I'm not sure if the question is general, or specific, so I'll provide both answers for you -

The word for those who eat human flesh is "cannabalism", also known as "anthropophagy" (from the greek words for 'human being' + 'to consume').

Throughout history there are many peoples who have practiced cannabalism in their culture, usually in rituals connected to tribal warfare. -

    Neanderthals
    Europeans
    Africans
    South Americans
    New Zealanders
    North American Indians
    Australians
    Solomon Islands
    New Caledonia
    New Guinea
    Sumatra
    The Anasazi
Fiji (once known as the 'Cannibal Isles')

As far as a specific tribe name, 60 Minutes did a documentary a couple of years ago, and publicized the name of the "KOROWAI" people, from West Papua, New Guinea (Indonesia), believed to be the last culture still engaging in this practice.
