At range, a 12 guage with solid slugs, accurate and deadly at 100 yards, if they are farther out, don't waste the ammo. as they approach or should I use all the ammo and don't have time to reload, secondary firearm .45 handgun. Should I have to go hand to hand, a crowbar. It's heavy and long enough to give the advantage, it has a sharp end should I feel like stabbing the brain cavity, and if I'm on the run, having a crowbar is actually a useful tool in case I find someone trapped and needing leverage to untrap them or if I need to use it to push a large shelf system in front of a door for protection

Swords I think Samurai would be the best you got 2 wooden shafts and 2 blades. Just stay on the edge of the wave and be near a place you can climb up where they can't. Also you may get tired so you'll need a secure elevated location to sleep and such. Put at traps for game if in a city pigeons are a meal as well as other birds they'll be not shopping. A REALLY sharp soward and a machine gun with many bullets because the machine gun is the best and quickest, but if i run out of ammo, than i would use the soward to continue on.

Altering the terrain so that all the non-zombies have safe routes to navigate and all the zombies learn how to fly with the help of some landmines. CCTv would be a bonus, along with sharp thin wire that could remove the heads of the zombies. Barricade equipment would be a vital tool in the campaign to stay unzombified, this could be in the form of sturdy shopping trolleys,broken down vehicles etc. As the zombies are outside why not free all the animals, especially the dangerous big ones like lion, elephant, rhino, tiger and buffalo.
