Who's the better guitarist and why? Jimmy Page, Jimi Hendrix, or Eddie Van Halen?

None is "better", they're all just different and masters at their each of their unique styles. I like all 3...

Jimi Hendrix. Left handed and very accomplished. He was a true talent.

They are all great..out of the three, I liked Hendrix best. David Gilmour is my favorite, though.

I've seen Van Halen in concert he's real good. I watched a doc on Jimi Hendrix recently, and he had quite abit of talent. So Hendrix gets my vote. :)

I think that they are all good. but my vote would be for Van Halen b/c Hendrix kinda just makes a lot of noise with his guitar while soloing and i think that's kinda annoying sometimes, and Page goes on for these 20 min solos during live performances, while Van Halen doesn't really do either as much as the others do. i want to stress that i do like, respect, and listen to all of them.

Hendrix! He practicly invented the crybaby! He didnt stick to common scale charting to write a song.He leaded his rythem and thought outside the box. He was a soulman!!!!!!!!!!
