A tie between Regent and Crystal due to service above and beyond plus the access to drinks without having to sign for them every 10 minutes.

My favorites are the Royal Caribbean Voyager Class ships (Voyager, Adventure, Mariner, Navigator and Explorer of the Seas) and their Radiance Class ships (Radiance, Brilliance, Jewel, And Serenade of the Seas). These ships have the best activities and layouts. You can even go stand/sit on the bow of the ships like they did in Titanic.
