Yes, usually a dollar a drink. If I have a tab, it is usually 20%.

If I'm just drinking 1-2 bucks per drink. If I'm eating at the bar 15-20% of the bill.

Last time we drank, there was a group of 6 of us and we ended up tipping the bartender at least 90 dollars but he is awesome, always hooks us up with his newest concoction !

Absolutely. I tip the bartender when I pay for the first drink. Then I ask to "run a tab". If the final tab is over a certain amount, I leave a little more. Absolutely tip the bartender. Bartenders make minimum wage on the assumption that they are getting tips. In some places bartenders are actually taxed on the amount of tips it is supposed they made based on their sales. Tips should be around 15-20%.

It depends. I'm a bartender myself, and I usually tip about 20% per drink - a dollar for a beer and two dollars for drinks that involve some work usually works for me, or 25-30% on the whole bill if I have a tab, and if they're very busy, I'll tip extra if I get my drink in a timely manner. I'll happily wait for forever when I see that a bartender is really busy, as long as they're polite and don't treat me like a bother instead of a paying customer.

I always tip 18%, even if I was completely dissatisfied. For drinks that involve more work, I tip more. Blended drinks, martinis, certain shots (anything that takes shaking, basically), I tip more. I work in a bar and I know what drinks are not as pleasant to make, so I end up feeling empathetic and tipping more...
