If it's sore and is under the skin, it's more than likely a boil.. Which is common. You can pop it in time, but the best thing is doing it in a really warm bath... Warm/hot water tends to release the fluids and pressure. If it's on top of the skin, you may want to go to the gynocologist. It could be either skin tags which are a sort of mole or a STD like venereal warts.
