  • Here is a good website for you the. I use it quite often.. www.watchtower.org
  • My belief is that if you are good, you go to heaven. If you are bad, you go to hell. To me, it's that simple. I don't need a bible or a koran. I don't call myself a christian, muslim, jew, etc. I eat meat whenever I want even on Friday's before Easter. I even get to eat pork. I don't pray five times a day or call christ my lord and savior. Like I said, good people go to heaven, bad people go to hell. If everybody had that attitude, we would have less to fight about. Isn't that what Jesus wanted?
  • my belief is in quantum physics. its entire belief is based off of direct scientific studies of small particles and how they interact. Complicated religon, but always seems to be right about things... unlike most religons, this 1 actually makes sense. More of a theory then a religon, but easily can be seen as one.
  • I am a Christian. I have attended quite a few denominations in my life, and have problems with few, so I would consider my beliefs mainline. Christians believe that the key to life is a personal relationship with Jesus. Christianity, therefore, is not a set of rules, but a relationship. In that relationship, there are certain things we believe 1) that the world was created perfect, and that humans were put in the world under God's authority, to rule it and look after it. 2)humans rebelled against God's authority, and so set in place all the disharmony we see today. This rebellion is called SIN in the Bible. It is much more than just actions. It is something we are born with- rebellion in our hearts. It tears apart the relationship with the rest of creation (we can see that in global warming, deforestation, pollution etc) with other humans (jealousy, fighting, war, murder, divorce etc) and especially with God, because He is holy and cannot have SIN in his presence. That meant that humans were separated from God and could no longer have a relationship with him, as they had done before their rebellion. 3) But God did not want it to stay that way. He wanted to restore the relationship with humanity. but Rebellion=Sin had to be paid for. The only one who could pay for the sin of the whole world, was God's son, Jesus. He came to earth to live as one of us, and to die a sacrificial death to pay for sin. His death and subsequent resurrection, proves that sin has been defeated and that death also has no hold on those who believe/trust in Him. 4) Now is the time of decision. One day Jesus will return and restore the relationship of humans with creation and other humans, by calling an end to history. Then there will be a new heaven and a new earth. Those who have acknowledge Jesus as their Lord and have believed in the ability of his death to pay for their rebellion=sin, will spend eternity with Him, in perfect relationship. I hope that helps. Please ask again, if some things need clarifying. Blessings.
  • I kind of practice my own religion. I believe in God, but I don't think I'm really supposed to understand it. I don't really follow the bible. I believe God wants me to do the right thing, but the right thing isn't something set in stone. It's something I have to figure out for myself. That's pretty much it.
  • I am atheist, and like Crazed_Wiseman, I believe in science. Science proves that god is very improbable, and I am not able to just believe in it because there are absolutely no evidences. A recent study has shown that there are so many prejudices against atheists. It pretty much impossible for an atheist to be politically active in the US, because they are hated. Here some things I want to say: I think I speak for a majority of atheists, but atheism is not organized.. Atheist don't believe that life is senseless. Because they don't believe in an afterlife, life is everything for them and should be fully enjoyed. Atheists have morals, as has everyone. Empathy is a product of evolution, and people are not good because they fear to get punished for being bad.
  • I am a pagan spiritualist. I found that staying away from the mainstream is more fun and interesting. We are borderline wicca.
  • i'm a muslim. i converted from catholicism. frankly i love both religions, and if that sounds bad, so be it. i'm still open minded and quite independent of what others tell me. i haven't met a single muslim man who's disrespected me for simply being a female, or ignored me or anything of the sort, nor have i found a woman who's forced me to cover my hair, told me to watch my place, or scolded me for wearing short sleeves in the summer time. no i'm not a terrorist, and the plenty of muslims that i know have never held a gun nor do they know how to pull a trigger or fly a plane. it's simply my choice and now it's my religion, and yes i'm very happy with it. i'd love to tell you about it, and if you'd like to know more feel free to get my email anytime. and if not then that's great too. i hope you find what it is that you're looking for. Salaams and good luck
