I had a customer that could not be pleased, no matter what my team did. (He didn't like the fact that he had to get his services through us - he wanted to go outside the company.) My boss appreciated the fact that I documented all his complaints and was able to answer each one with how we addressed it, and the fact that this jerk was calling her less often now. :o)
