When sending a document via e-mail I get a message which reads: oops... the system was unable to perform your operation (error 008). Please try again in a few seconds. Can someone please help me to rectify this problem

That sounds like a Gmail error. Really the only answer is patience, you just have to wait a few minutes or so and everything should be up and running again. Nothing is wrong on your end. The error message is related to an issue with Gmail. Occasionally they get a snag in the system.
