How do i restore all my default settings on FireFox?

go to Start>Run and type "Firefox.exe -profilemanager" (without quotes) and hit Enter. create a new profile then double click on the new profile name, firefox will then load with default settings

oh i forgot, make sure you dont have firefox open when you do this
