because the usa environmentalists are blocking new oil exploration in the national forests and under the polar caps...so Mr. Bush is allowing the Saudis to Rule over us with their plush oil reserves. Soon, americans will over turn the need for oil exploration here and the environmentalists will lose ground. there is oil everywhere. there is oil in coal, the usa has huge coal mines that could produce oil for centuries. the usa just needs to cut back on driving. one person just needs to stop driving for one day, any day, and that will make a major difference in oil usage.
